So, I tried to figure out how to forward calls on my sprint pcs phone without having the phone in hand, as I stupidly walked out the door without it.
Today's fun task:
Try to find the customer support phone number on www.sprintpcs.com.
A search for "customer service" on the website yields the following results (the first one is particularly funny (and now unfortunately, gone. It was a definition of the customer care number without actually providing the number.)):

So, I tried again. This time, a search for "customer service" yields:

HTTP Error 400

400 Bad Request

Due to malformed syntax, the request could not be understood by the server. The client should not repeat the request without modifications.

Still bad!

11 months later, to the day, a search for "customer service" on the Sprint PCS website >STILL< yields the above error.

Incidentally, this page seems to be drawing in a really large number of hits, as it shows up in most of the searches for SprintPCS. However, it's not really representative of most of the stuff on my site, so you should probably check out my home page too, if you came here from a direct link.
